With over 3 decades of industry experience, I have a proven track record as a business leader and an innovator. My career journey is a story of reinvention, leading change, and navigating disruptive business environments. This constant need for reinvention has provided me with a deep and varied range of experiences across various industries, practices, audiences, and sales and marketing disciplines.

As an independent consultant, I collaborate with brands and agencies to deliver marketing and communications solutions that address their business challenges and objectives. I also serve as a startup mentor, affiliated with accelerators such as TASMU (Qatar) and Eduspaze (Singapore), guiding startups in product development, user experience, advertising, and global brand creation.

Throughout my career, I have thrived in agile and fast-paced environments. At Intel, I established Marketing Centres of Excellence, drove digital transformation and marketing initiatives, managed global sales accounts, and executed product management and pre-sales functions. At Edelman, I led the digital practice for Asia, where I owned the business unit's P&L, developed innovative digital solutions for clients, managed and scaled digital talent, and built capabilities across the region. Additionally, I played a key role in enabling artificial intelligence tools and processes for Edelman APAC.

As a leader, I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and transparent work environment. I am passionate about innovation, challenging the status quo, and leveraging different perspectives to drive success. I believe in the power of shared vision, empathy, and a growth mindset as essential elements in building high-performance teams.

I am frequently invited to guest lecture at leading universities and speak at industry events on topics such as marketing, digital transformation, and leadership. I currently serve as an Advisory Board Member of the Asia CMO Council and previously chaired the Chief Digital Officer Forum (Asia Pacific) for the World Federation of Advertisers from 2015 to 2018.
